Important Registration Information
When registering, please select the Pre-Meeting Training Sessions you plan to attend in the Program section. In order to streamline the registration process, we encourage you to build your personal itinerary for all other sessions and events in the meeting platform which will be available by May 17. For more information about individual registration passes, please see descriptions below. If you are a member, the system will recognize you based on your member type when you log in and adjust the rate accordingly.

Full Meeting Registration
The Annual Meeting begins at 10:30 am ET on Monday, May 24 and includes all education, networking and industry breakout sessions and events through Thursday. Pre-meeting training sessions are an additional charge over the Annual Meeting. If you wish to add a pre-meeting training session to your full meeting registration please choose the full meeting registration pass from the registration rate list. You will add the pre-meeting training session you wish to attend from the program section. The fees for the pre-meeting will be added to your cart.
Note: If your financial situation has changed significantly due to recent loss of employment such that you would have difficulty attending the meeting, please contact us to discuss options.

The first two registrations are at full price, the 3rd through the 9th registrations receive a 25% discount, the 10th through the 19th registrations receive a 35% discount, the 20th through 30th registrations receive a 45% discount and the 40th through the 49th registrations receive a 60% discount. All members of the group must be registered on the same transaction in order for the discount to reflect for online orders. Registrants must be linked to the same organization in the database. For groups of 50 or more from the same organization, please contact [email protected] for pricing information. If the discount does not apply automatically, use the appropriate promo code(s) above.
Librarians, Students, Retirees, Funders and Researchers can register at a discounted rate. Select the Librarian/Student/Retired Full Meeting Registration type. If you are a member, the system will recognize you based on your member type when you log in and adjust the rate accordingly.
Low/Middle Income Country Registration (as classified by World Bank)
Residents of countries classified as low, lower middle, or upper middle on the World Bank List of Economies quality for a discounted registration rate. Select the Full Meeting Registration type and the discount is applied to registrations for attendees residing in any country that is not classified “high income.” Discounts cannot be combined with organization group discounts.
Annual Meeting speakers and moderators are provided a complimentary registration for the day they are speaking. Select the Speaker Comp registration rate below and then add the day you are speaking to your itinerary. The day pass includes access to the Marketplace Gallery, all Industry Breakout sessions and the Awards Presentation. If you would like to attend the full conference or any pre-meeting training sessions offered, additional registration fees will apply; select the Speaker/Moderator Full Meeting Registration rate. Speaker registrations do not qualify for additional discounts and can not be included in the organization group registration discounted rates.
Poster Presenter Registration
If you are presenting a poster, but not registering for the full meeting, select this registration option. This pass includes access to the posters, the Marketplace Gallery, all Industry Breakout sessions and the Awards Presentation.
Two complimentary full registrations are included for exhibitors. Contact [email protected] to register representatives for these complimentary passes. Additional exhibitor representatives must register at the Full Meeting rate (to attend education and networking sessions) or the free Marketplace Gallery Limited Access Registration.
Pre-Meeting Only Registration
If registering only for a pre-meeting training session, select the Pre-Meeting Training registration type and then select the training session you wish to attend in the Program. This pass also includes access to the Marketplace Gallery, all Industry Breakout sessions and the Awards Presentation.
Marketplace Gallery Limited Access Registration
This free limited access pass includes access to the Marketplace Gallery, all Industry Breakout sessions, the Awards Presentation, and a Structured Networking session on May 24. Please consider a donation to the Generations Fund when selecting this complimentary pass.

Please Note: Requests for partial refunds due to selecting the incorrect registration rate will be reviewed and processed no more than 15 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are contingent on meeting the eligibility requirements for the requested rate type. Discounts cannot be combined for the Group rates.
Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks or more before the event will be issued a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations less than two weeks before the event. SSP encourages you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.

After entering their contact details, click on their profile icon below and select the appropriate registration type from the Registration Options box. To edit their contact details, highlight their profile icon by clicking on it and then clicking on the edit icon below their status information. If you are registering someone else that does not already have an account profile please be sure to include an email address so they receive notifications about accessing the virtual meeting platform.
To cancel your own registration, click the Cancel My Registration button. To cancel other registrations, click Proceed to Checkout and remove the items from your cart on the next page.
