Important Registration Information
To view registration rates please click here. When registering, please select the Industry Breakout Sessions and lunch events you plan to attend. Only events/sessions for which we need advance registration counts have an "Add" button. In order to streamline the registration process, we encourage you to build your personal itinerary for all other sessions and events in the meeting app which will be available in May. For more information about individual registration passes, please see descriptions below.

Full Meeting Registration Information (In-Person)
The Annual Meeting begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday and includes all industry breakout sessions and events through Friday.
To receive the group discount rate for 3–9 registrants, use promo code: AMGRP3 if the discount does not apply automatically. Note, the first two registrations are at full price and the discount applies to the 3rd through the 9th registrations.
To receive the group discount rate for 10+ registrants, use promo code: AMGRP10 if the discount does not apply automatically. Note, the first two registrations are at full price, the 3rd through the 9th registrations receive a 5% discount, and the 10th+ registrants receive a 10% discount.
Librarian/Student/Retired/Funder/Researcher Registration (In-Person or Virtual)
Librarians, Students, Retirees, Funders, and Researchers can register at a discounted rate. Select the Librarian/Student/Retired Full Meeting or Virtual Meeting Registration type. If you are a member, the system will recognize you based on your member type when you log in and adjust the rate accordingly.
One-Day Registration (In-Person)
Choose this registration if you are only able to attend one day, either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
One complimentary full registration is included for exhibitors. Contact [email protected] to register your representative for this complimentary pass. Additional exhibitor representatives must register at the Extra Exhibitor Rate. There is a limit of 3 extra exhibitors per booth.
Educational session and keynote speakers and moderators are provided a complimentary registration for the day they are speaking only. Please choose the speaker comp pass. If you would like to attend the full meeting, additional registration fees will apply. Please select the applicable speaker full meeting registration rate. Speaker registrations do not qualify for additional discounts and can not be included in the 3–9 or 10+ discounted rates.
Virtual Meeting Registration Information
Keynote, plenaries, and six additional education sessions will be live-streamed during the in-person meeting May 31–June 2. Virtual attendees can send questions via the live chat moderator in the room. All other sessions will be available on demand on the platform within 48 hours after being presented in-person. Several networking events for virtual-only attendees will be offered throughout the week. Select the Virtual Meeting Registration type.
Low Middle Income Country Virtual Registration
Residents of countries classified as low, lower middle, or upper middle on the World Bank List of Economies quality for a discounted registration rate for the virtual meeting option. Select the Virtual Full Meeting Registration type and the discount will be applied to registrations for attendees residing in any country that is not classified “high income.” Discounts cannot be combined with organization group discounts.
Note: If your financial situation has changed significantly due to recent loss of employment such that you would have difficulty attending the meeting, please contact us to discuss options.
How Group Discounts Work (in-person and online)
The first two registrations are at full price, the 3rd through the 9th registrations receive a 20% discount, the 10th through the 19th registrations receive a 30% discount, the 20th through the 39th registrations receive a 40% discount, and the 40th through the 49th registrations receive a 50% discount. All members of the group must be registered on the same transaction in order for the discount to reflect for online orders. Registrants must be linked to the same organization in the database. Please Note: Requests for partial refunds due to selecting the incorrect registration rate will be reviewed and processed no more than 15 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are contingent on meeting the eligibility requirements for the requested rate type. Discounts cannot be combined for the Group rates.

To register additional people or someone other than yourself, click on Register Someone Else after logging in. After entering their contact details, click on their profile icon below and select the appropriate registration type from the Registration Options box. To edit their contact details, highlight their profile icon by clicking on it and then clicking on the edit icon below their status information.
To cancel your own registration, click the Cancel My Registration button. To cancel other registrations, click Proceed to Checkout and remove the items from your cart on the next page.
