SSP 2026 Annual Meeting Registration Rates

EARLY BIRD RATES AVAILABLE THROUGH APRIL 17, 2026!

Full Meeting Registration Information (In-Person)
The Annual Meeting begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday and includes all sponsored sessions and events through Friday.  

Discounted Registration Types

Librarian/Funder/Researcher/Retired Registration
Librarians, funders, researchers, and retirees can register at a discounted rate. Select the Librarian/Funder/Researcher/Retired Full Meeting Registration type. If you are a member, the system will recognize you based on your member type when you log in and adjust the rate accordingly. 

Students
Students can register at a discounted rate. Select the Student Full Meeting registration type. Must present a valid student ID when picking up your badge at registration. 

Low and Middle Income Country Registration (as classified by World Bank)
Residents of countries classified as low, lower middle, or upper middle on the World Bank List of Economies quality for a discounted registration rate for the Annual Meeting Highlights Webinar and OnDemand Access to Recordings option. The discount will be applied to registrations for attendees residing in any country that is not classified “high income.” Discounts cannot be combined with organization group discounts. 

Note: If your financial situation has changed significantly due to recent loss of employment such that you would have difficulty attending the meeting, please contact us to discuss options.

Group Discounts
The first two registrations are at full price, the 3rd through the 9th registrations receive a 15% discount, the 10th through the 19th registrations receive a 20% discount, the 20th through the 39th registrations receive a 25% discount, and registrations of 40 or more  receive a 30% discount. All members of the group must be registered on the same transaction in order for the discount to reflect for online orders. Registrants must be affiliated with the same organization in SSP’s records.

Complimentary Registration Types

Exhibitor Registration
One complimentary full registration is included for exhibitors. Contact [email protected] to register your representative for this complimentary pass. Additional exhibitor representatives must register at the Extra Exhibitor Rate. 

Speaker Registration
Educational session and keynote speakers and moderators are provided a complimentary registration for the day they are speaking only. Please choose the speaker comp pass. If you would like to attend the full meeting, additional registration fees will apply. Please select the applicable speaker full meeting registration rate.
