Sue, a past president of the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP), spent her entire career in some form of scholarly communication—first as a librarian, then working for various information companies.
Retiring from the formal workplace in 2019, she has stayed active in SSP by guiding the organization's highly regarded blog, The Scholarly Kitchen, serving on the Generations Fund Committee, and providing sage advice to not less than five mentees!
