Your employees simply register online for any webinar (upcoming or past) that they want to view. The price in their cart will default to zero (so long as they are properly affiliated with your organization). Upcoming webinars will be available via Zoom at the designated time, and past webinars can be viewed on the OnDemand Library at their convenience.
