Important Registration Information
To view registration rates please click here. When registering, please select the Pre-Meeting Training Session, Sponsored Sessions and lunch events you plan to attend. Only events/sessions for which we need advance registration counts have an "Add" button. In order to streamline the registration process, we encourage you to build your personal itinerary for all other sessions and events in the meeting app which will be available by May 1. For more information about individual registration passes, please see descriptions below.

Full Meeting Registration
The Annual Meeting begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, May 27 and includes all sponsored sessions and events through Friday. Pre-meeting training sessions are an additional charge over the Annual Meeting. If you wish to add a pre-meeting training session to your full meeting registration please choose the full meeting registration pass from the registration rate list. You will add the pre-meeting training session you wish to attend from the session list. The fees for the pre-meeting will be added to your cart.
To receive the group discount rate for 3-9 registrants, use promo code: AMGRP3 if the discount does not apply automatically. Note, the first two registrations are at full price and the discount applies to the 3rd through the 9th registrations.
To receive the group discount rate for 10+ registrants, use promo code: AMGRP10 if the discount does not apply automatically. Note, the first two registrations are at full price, the 3rd through the 9th registrations receive a 5% discount, and the 10th + registrants receive a 10% discount.
Pre-Meeting Only Registration
If registering only for a pre-meeting training session lunch and all afternoon events are included on Wednesday. Select the Pre-Meeting Seminar registration type and then select the training session you wish to attend in the Program.
Librarians, Students, Retirees, Funders and Researchers can register at a discounted rate. Select the Librarian/Student/Retired Full Meeting Registration type. If you are a member, the system will recognize you based on your member type when you log in and adjust the rate accordingly.
Annual Meeting and pre-meeting seminar speakers and moderators are provided a complimentary registration for the day they are speaking. If you would like to attend an additional day or any of the pre-meeting training sessions offered on Wednesday, additional registration fees will apply. Select the applicable registration rate below. Speaker registrations do not qualify for additional discounts and can not be included in the 3-9 or 10+ discounted rates.
Choose this registration if you are only able to attend one day, either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Pre-meeting Seminars are an additional fee.
Choose exhibitor registration if your organization has a booth and would like to register an extra exhibitor. There is a limit of 3 extra exhibitors per booth.
Please Note: Requests for partial refunds due to selecting the incorrect registration rate will be reviewed and processed no more than 15 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are contingent on meeting the eligibility requirements for the requested rate type. Discounts cannot be combined for the Group rates.

To register additional people or someone other than yourself, click on Register Someone Else after logging in. After entering their contact details, click on their profile icon below and select the appropriate registration type from the Registration Options box. To edit their contact details, highlight their profile icon by clicking on it and then clicking on the edit icon below their status information.
To cancel your own registration, click the Cancel My Registration button. To cancel other registrations, click Proceed to Checkout and remove the items from your cart on the next page.
