Registrations received after Friday, May 22, 2026, will be processed on-site. If you are unable to register before the May 22, 2026 deadline, you may register on-site at the Registration Desk.
When registering, please select the Industry Breakout Sessions and lunch events you plan to attend. Only events/sessions for which we need advance registration counts have an "Add" button. In order to streamline the registration process, we encourage you to build your personal itinerary for all other sessions and events in SSP's Engage app, which will be updated with the meeting program in May. Annual Meeting Buddy Program
SSP's Annual Meeting Buddy Program is now in its third year. The program pairs first-time attendees with seasoned Annual Meeting attendees to answer questions and facilitate networking. If you are a first-time attendee and would like a Buddy, please indicate so when you register. If you are a frequent SSP Annual Meeting attendee and would like to volunteer as a Buddy, please indicate when you register. Please sign up to participate in the program as first-time attendee or as buddy by Thursday, May 7, 2026. Participants will receive their matches in advance of the meeting.
EPIC Awards Celebration
Join us on the evening of Thursday, May 28 for the second annual EPIC Awards Celebration! Award winners in five categories will be announced and honored at a premier event celebrating excellence, innovation, and impact in scholarly publishing, technology, and communications. Please Note: Requests for partial refunds due to selecting the incorrect registration rate will be reviewed and processed no more than 15 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are contingent on meeting the eligibility requirements for the requested rate type. Discounts cannot be combined for the Group rates.

To register additional people or someone other than yourself, click on Register Someone Else after logging in. After entering their contact details, click on their profile icon below and select the appropriate registration type from the Registration Options box. To edit their contact details, highlight their profile icon by clicking on it and then clicking on the edit icon below their status information.
To cancel your own registration, click the Cancel My Registration button. To cancel other registrations, click Proceed to Checkout and remove the items from your cart on the next page.
